The Alliance, in buying a site for development, has a clear role to add value and accelerate the provision of housing for whichever development partner - private developer, housebuilder or contractor or public sector housing association - we work with.

Our contacts and knowledge of affordable housing options means that we can ensure certainty for private sector partners who purchase sites from us, as well as provide significant construction and development opportunities.

The ability to mix tenures, undertake mainstream private development, undertake Joint Ventures and fund infrastructure contracts to the extent that sites can emerge as "oven ready" onto the market, means we can work with ultimate flexibility and produce win/win situations.

We have already produced an OJEU notice recruiting Highland Contractors and Developers to participate in a 4 Year Framework Agreement.
