We develop and sell self build plots for sale at fixed prices on sites we acquire. We sometimes work with smaller contractors to jointly build new homes, which may have innovative design features. We are especially keen to promote energy saving features in new homes, to help with fuel bills and keep down maintenance and repair costs.

We also sell land to housebuilders, where we ask them to consider smaller properties for first time buyers and others or specify designs and components which we think will build good quality houses or speed up the time it takes to finish a house.

A major part of what we do is to sell land ready for development to the Housing Associations working in the Highlands - Cairn, Albyn, Pentland, Lochaber and Lochalsh & Skye - so they can build rented and low cost home ownership houses for letting and sale to people on their waiting lists.
