We want to buy land from landowners who have housing development sites available, and can offer them market value for such sites. Where we need to help establish a value, we can enable landowners to gain a commercial return and also to ensure that any affordable housing requirements are catered for.

To date we have had success in preparing what is known as Master Plans for major sites where the Highland Council, the Alliance and Private Landowners have had a joint interest in moving forward proposals to the stage where development is possible and practical. We can fund a study to provide information that will show the capacity and type of housing that could be provided, the planning, infrastructure and services issues and most importantly, the revenue from the sales of houses and the costs associated in developing a site.

We would like to speak to any landowners who may have opportunities which have for various reasons - infrastructure issues, uncertainty within the local market, the availability of funding, knowledge of affordable housing or simple scale and size of a site - not progressed, to see if we can assist.
