Highland Housing Alliance (HHA) is a unique development company dedicated to building a wide variety of homes at several sites around the Highlands.
Their work includes self-build plots, New Energy Homes (NEH) eco-friendly homes, and architect-designed properties. These include 24 properties at the prestigious Scotland’s Housing Expo (SHE), a revolutionary development dedicated to the latest in environment-conscious design and build.
HHA works through links with housing associations, landowners and private developers, and is committed to providing well-constructed, thoughtfully appointed and designed homes to all sectors of the home buying market – from young couples and singles starting out on the property ladder, to families.
The Highland Housing Alliance is owned by five housing associations working in Highland, two housing trusts and The Highland Council.
